PALESTINE - July 23 - Arafat Gets $45M Saudi Aid.


Arafat ends a 24-hour visit to Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabia (sä`dē ərā`bēə, sou`–, sô–), officially Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, kingdom (2005 est. pop.  with a $45m grant to help the PA. On July 22 he met with King Fahd and other Saudi leaders and officials. PA Ambassador to Riyadh Mustafa Hashem Al Shaikh later said the PA Pres. Received the full political backing of the Saudi government in the Palestinian uprising against Israel. Arafat flew to Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi (ä`b thä`bē, zä–, dä–), Arab. Abu Zabi, sheikhdom (1995 pop. 928,360), c.  on July 23 and met with UAE (Uninterruptible Application Error) The name given to a crash in Windows 3.0. In subsequent versions of Windows, a crash was called a "General Protection Fault," "Application Error" or "Illegal Operation." See crash in Windows and abend.  Pres. Shaikh Zayed.
