Maintenance crews will be making the most of the weeklong spring break by checking off a few tasks on the 60-year-old campus's hefty to-do list, district officials said. "We have a specific list of work to do at Hart," said Rob Gapper, the Hart Union High School District's chief operations officer. "We are working to knock things off that list as quickly as we can." A major renovation project at Hart was next on the district's list of modernization work, but skyrocketing construction costs and cost overruns put all such upgrades on hold.
