WHAT HADN'T YOU CONSIDERED BEFORE OPENING? That it would be so popular, and that I would be as busy as I am. I had to quit working full time and go part time as a paralegal paralegal n. a non-lawyer who performs routine tasks requiring some knowledge of the law and procedures, employed by a law office or who works free-lance as an independent for various lawyers.  just to keep up with the orders.
