PAF is proud of its Airmen involved in discharging their duties in Operation Rah-e-Nijat: Rao.

ISLAMABAD, October 22, 2009 (Balochistan Times): Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Suleman, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force on Thursday visited an operational Air Base, which is actively participating in Operation Rah-e-Nijat. In his address to the Airmen, during the visit, Air Chief Marshal Qamar said PAF is proud of its Airmen involved in discharging their duties in Operation Rah-e-Nijat. He appreciated the high state of morale and motivation of all personnel and showed his satisfaction on the results achieved by them in the operations. He said that PAF will continue to support Pak Army in South Waziristan to eliminate the terrorists from the area and added that PAF is providing photographs / imageries of the area of operations and striking the targets identified by the Army. He reiterated that PAF will continue to plan the operations carefully to avoid collateral damage. He stayed with the Airmen for sometime and saw them prepare the aircraft for the missions. He also saw video clips of the attacks on the militants and appreciated their accuracy.
