 P&G ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE CHANGES
 CINCINNATI, June 11 /PRNewswire/ -- The Procter & Gamble


(NYSE: PG) Company said today that Claude D. Salomon (63), regional vice president-Latin America, North, Procter & Gamble Latin America, will retire on Nov. 30, 1992, after more than 40 years of service.
 In anticipation of Salomon's retirement, Donald W. Campbell (57), currently vice president-commercial service products, Procter & Gamble USA, has been named regional vice president-Latin America, North, Procter & Gamble Latin America, effective July 15, 1992.
 Frank P. Smith (54), currently vice president-chemicals, Procter & Gamble USA, has been named vice president-commercial service products, Procter & Gamble USA, succeeding Campbell, effective July 15, 1992.
