OzVision Appoints Joe Grillo to Board of Directors; Global Security Industry Veteran Brings Strong Technology and Operational Leadership Experience.

Grillo is currently executive vice president, ASSA ABLOY and president and CEO of its Global Technologies Division.

He was then appointed president and CEO of ASSA ABLOY's Identification Technology Group when the group was formed in January 2002. Joe has also served as president of the Security Industry Association (SIA) and is a member in ASIS International.
