Oxford incentive plan deemed grand success. At the Oxford on Seventy Second, Jack Resnick & Sons, Inc.'s August broker incentive program helped precipitate yet another month of heavy traffic at the Upper East Side luxury condominium. Throughout the month, every time a broker brought a qualified client to the building, the broker's name was automatically entered into a prize box. At the end of the program, a winner was chosen and awarded an activated Motorola PT500 Cellular flip telephone. In short, the program was a huge success: The Oxford witnessed tremendous buyer traffic, and Roberta Golubock of Sotheby's International Real Estate won a mobile phone. To date, some 154 contracts have been written for homes in the 204-unit building, and 110 contracts have been closed. The Oxford on Seventy Second offers studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, each designed to maximize spaciousness and natural light. Its Tower residences boast one-of-a-kind layouts. Amenities include 24-hour doorman and concierge service, a year-round Fitness Centre, and on-site parking garage. |
