Oxford expanding Medicare offerings in northeast.Thanks to heightened reimbursement rates brought about by last year's Medicare overhaul, Connecticut-based Oxford Health Plans will once again offer Medicare products in several New Jersey and New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States.
