Over 500 brokers turn out for Boston properties' Times Square Tower event.

The 42nd floor of Times Square was the breathtaking site of Boston Properties' annual real estate broker party this year and it turned out to be an exceptionally successful event. Over 500 brokers used the building hoist to reach the reception floor, where everyone enjoyed dazzling views, fine food and refreshments and learned about the flexible leasing opportunities at the 47-story office building, where deals for one or multiple floors are being attractively priced. Designed by David M. Childs of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the 1.2 million square foot full block office tower, bordered by Broadway and Seventh Avenues, between 42nd and 41st Streets, is scheduled to open next Spring.
