OPI Advisory Board members include:

* Richard Greenhalgh MA FRSA -- Richard spent more than 30 years with Unilever, living and working in a number of countries around the world, finally being Chairman of Unilever UK until his retirement in 2004. Richard acts as Chairman of the OPI Advisory Board.

* Bruce Thew -- Bruce hails from HR outsourcer Ceridian Group, where he was an Executive Vice President and President of Ceridian International HR Services. Bruce holds a number of Non executive positions in the Outsourcing Market and was named OPI's European President in mid 2006.

* Sir Ian Magee -- Sir Ian has held such distinguished public sector posts as Second Permanent Secretary and Chief Operating Officer for the Department of Constitutional Affairs, Head of Profession for Operational Delivery across the civil service, Chief Executive of the Court Service, Chief Executive of the Information Technology Services Agency, Director of the Benefits Agency, Acting Chief Executive of the Benefits Agency, and Private Secretary to the Minister for Social Security.

* Paul Turner -- Paul is an accomplished leader having served in such top management positions as President of EMEA at Convergys Corporation, Group HR Business Director at Lloyds TSB, Vice President at Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Director at BT. Paul is currently Professor and Executive in Residence at Nottingham Business School.

* Alan Bates -- Alan has served in top leadership roles since the 1970's at companies including Hoskyn's Group, which is now part of CAP Gemini, AGB Information Systems and BellCableMedia. He is now a non-executive Director of a number of companies and has taken 5 companies to the market in recent times.

The main role of the Advisory board is not the usual governance task, but a far more dynamic one of business development in a very strategic framework. Therefore the Board's main activity is introducing OPI to the marketplace including potential users, sourcing advisors, analysts and the media. The Advisory Board has already begun its work in the European marketplace, and is hosting several educational events for companies looking to realize the benefits and efficiencies offered through outsourcing.
