Outreach project recognizes Gregg Popkin's contribution.

CB Richard Ellis' Gregg Popkin, who directs the firm's Asset Services in the New York Tri-State Region, was honored by leading drug and alcohol abuse counseling service Outreach Project at the organization's 24th Annual Luncheon on November 29.

Popkin, a 24-year veteran of commercial real estate, is a long-time volunteer with Outreach Project, having assisted with the Court Intervention Project, which provides drug and alcohol assessment and referral services; Family Services, an adult outpatient alcohol clinic; and Second Opportunity School, a program for high school students who have received a superintendent suspension.

Outreach Project has been providing drug and alcohol services in New York City and New York metropolitan area since 1980.

Outreach Project also honored Patricia Connolly, vice president and regional director, RREEF/DB Real Estate; and Robert Walsh, business manager and financial secretary-treasurer, Iron Workers Local 40.

Popkin sits on the board of directors of both the Real Estate Board of New York and the Realty Advisory Board.
