, was honored by leading drug and alcohol abuse counseling service Outreach Project at the organization's 24th Annual Luncheon on November 29.

Popkin, a 24-year veteran of commercial real estate, is a long-time volunteer with Outreach Project, having assisted with the Court Intervention Project, which provides drug and alcohol assessment and referral services; Family Services, an adult outpatient alcohol clinic; and Second Opportunity School, a program for high school students who have received a superintendent suspension.
