NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 29, 2003

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA) is pleased to announce the hiring of Perry Baker, Justin Crosslin, Carla Harris, John Kaszuba, and Pat Vinson.

Perry Baker has joined OIA as Director of Business Development. Perry has over five years experience in health care, most recently as Director of Acquisitions and Development for Symbion Healthcare, Inc., a Nashville, TN-based outpatient surgery center company. Perry obtained his M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.

Justin Crosslin, CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000. , has joined OIA as Financial Analyst for operations. He has over seven years experience in health care: as a governmental operations consultant with HCA HCA,

 (Nashville, TN-based owner and operator of hospitals); Director of Financial Operations with American Retirement Corporation; and with Women's Health Partners, managing the finances/operations of this physician practice management company.

Carla Harris has joined OIA as its Accounting Manager. She has over 19 years experience in accounting and operational management. Carla came to OIA from the home building industry, where she was a Division Controller for Westminster Homes of Tennessee.

John Kaszuba has joined OIA as Corporate Director of Marketing. He has over ten years experience in health care, most recently as Director of Marketing for Cambio Health Solutions (Brentwood, TN-based hospital consulting firm). John has held marketing and other manager roles with Quorum Health Resources (Brentwood, TN-based hospital management firm).

Pat Vinson, RCC RCC - An extensible language. , has joined OIA as our Billing and Reimbursement Manger. She brings fourteen years practice management experience in radiology and radiation oncology. Ms. Vinson is a Radiology Certified Coder who was previously Chief Billing Officer for Radiology Alliance, P.C. in Nashville, Tennessee.
