Outdoor exercise stations.


A series of ten wellness stations installed along existing walking paths, LifeTrails, from Playworld Systems, Inc., is designed to improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility, and overall cardiovascular cardiovascular /car·dio·vas·cu·lar/ (-vas´ku-ler) pertaining to the heart and blood vessels.

The ten wellness stations can be spaced strategically as breakpoints along a walking route or clustered in groups. They are available in two color combinations, and panels can be customized to highlight interesting facts about a facility or display a map of the trail.
