The Web-based registry will be used as a source of clinical information on surgically treated patients with NPH for individual surgeons, as well as a national data repository for scientific inquiry and publications. The registry will track information such as patient symptoms, complications and shunt procedure revisions in patients with NPH. Up to 250 sites will be recruited to participate in the registry over the next five years.
