Outblaze adds Web 2.0 features to webmail services.
Outblaze, an online service platform providing white label e-mail, collaboration, security and social media services, announced on Tuesday (13 November) a suite of Web 2.0 features that enhance its webmail services.
According to the company, its customisable service suite includes a new Address Book, PDA interface for mobile access and an AJAX inbox and calendar. The AJAX inbox supports tabbed messaging, which allows the user to open multiple e-mail messages in the same window and navigate between them using tabs. The iCal compliant AJAX calendar enables free/busy checks, making it easy to schedule a meeting between multiple people, while the Address Book has been redesigned to make its use more intuitive. In addition, an updated PDA interface supports a wide range of mobile devices, enabling users to access their e-mail on the go.
No financial details were disclosed.
