OutStart Expands Distribution Channels and European Footprint as Solidex Becomes Official Reseller and Customer.

Major Polish systems integrator selects OutStart to pursue regional learning market and increase its own performance through learning

OutStart, provider of the only proven, content-centric software product family for learning, announced today that Solidex, one of Poland's largest systems integrators, has signed a partnership agreement to resell OutStart's integrated product family in Poland. The company has also licensed OutStart Evolution(R) to help increase its own organizational performance Organizational performance comprises the actual output or results of an organization as measured against its intended outputs (or goals and objectives).

Specialists in many fields are concerned with organizational performance including strategic planners, operations,

Poland has seen a sharp rise in demand for effective learning solutions over the last year, driven largely in part by funding for large projects being made available from the European Union European Union (EU), name given since the ratification (Nov., 1993) of the Treaty of European Union, or Maastricht Treaty, to the

Solidex will resell OutStart's integrated Evolution, SoftSim(TM), Trainersoft and Studio products to help its clients and prospects increase their performance through learning. "We chose to resell OutStart's product family because it is proven as the world's strongest offering to transform business know-how into assets that can be capitalized upon throughout the enterprise."

John Feighan, OutStart's Managing Director in Europe, commented that the reseller agreement with Solidex will support OutStart's increased penetration into the European market. "Solidex has a tremendous grasp of how learning can drive organizational performance and is a powerhouse in the Polish technology market," he said. "This agreement represents the next phase in our growth in Europe. Solidex conducted a rigorous search and qualification of products and vendors in the learning market and we are delighted that they chose to partner with OutStart."

In addition to reselling OutStart's product family, Solidex will use the Evolution learning platform to:

form, by importing Word documents and Power Point slides into
