Another four-acre parcel is at the west end of Fawn Tree Drive. The seller is Otter Creek Otter Creek may refer to:

The acquisition is backed with a nine-month loan of $855,000 from Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock.

The land previously was used to help secure an October 2001 mortgage of $3.5 million held by Summit Bank of Hot Springs.

Otter Creek Land acquired the property as part of a 210-acre tract in 1994 when the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. sold its 50 percent stake to the Hodges-led group for $1.2 million.

All of this land was part of the original acreage purchased for $1.22 million in February 1973 from M.W. and Gladys Staples, R.J. and Gladys O'Connell and Josephine Graham.

The buyer was First Southern Services Corp., the real estate arm of the now-defunct FirstSouth Savings & Loan Association of Pine Bluff Pine Bluff, city (1990 pop. 57,140), seat of Jefferson co., S central Ark., on the Arkansas River; inc. 1839. It is a port and trade center for an agricultural area and has industries producing metal, wood, and paper products; machinery; electrical equipment; and . The title was passed into the name of Rock, Venture, a joint enterprise with First Southern Services and Hodges' Greenbelt Greenbelt, city (1990 pop. 21,096), Prince Georges co., W central Md., a residential suburb of Washington, D.C.; chartered 1937. Greenbelt was planned and built by the federal government as an experimental model community for families of modest income.  Development Inc.

Miracle Purchase

A 3.75-acre development in southwest Little Rock shifted ownership in a $380,000 deal.

Miracle Developments Inc., led by Bill Keathley, bought the Stagecoach Serf-Storage project at 8001 Stagecoach Road. The seller is Carter Oil Co.

The deal is financed with a two-month loan of $380,000 from Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock.

Carter Oil purchased the property in November 1996 for $220,000 from Harry and Vica Booe. The Booes acquired it from Charles Wild in December 1969 for $20,000.
