The land previously was used to help secure an October 2001 mortgage of $3.5 million held by Summit Bank of Hot Springs. Otter Creek Land acquired the property as part of a 210-acre tract in 1994 when the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. sold its 50 percent stake to the Hodges-led group for $1.2 million.
