A sterile solution that is free from foreign particles and is compounded and dispensed for eyedrops.
 0.3%, its proprietary ophthalmic solution based on a new quinolone antibiotic on May 11.

The new agent, which has a wide antibacterial antibacterial /an·ti·bac·te·ri·al/ (-bak-ter´e-al) destroying or suppressing growth or reproduction of bacteria; also, an agent that does this.

 spectrum and strong antibacterial activity, is indicated for the treatment of various external eye infections. It is applicable to both adult and pediatric patients pediatric patient Child, see there .

Toyama Chemical manufactures the agent and Otsuka Pharmaceutical sells the product.
