WALTHAM, Mass. -- Oscient Pharmaceuticals Corporation's (Nasdaq: OSCI) President and CEO, Steven Rauscher, will participate in a Therapeutic Workshop at the BIO CEO & Investor Conference. Hosted by the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO), the largest industry organization focused exclusively on biotechnology, the 9th Annual BIO CEO & Investor Conference will feature company presentations, one-on-one meetings and educational panel sessions attended by institutional investors, industry analysts, venture capitalists and investment bankers. Mr. Rauscher will be a speaker on a panel discussion titled "The War on Bugs: Just Say No" on Monday, February 12, 2007 beginning at 3:30 PM ET in the West Foyer of the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City.
