Among the 200 guests joining Wilf at the celebration held on the 14th floor of the 20-story building, were Peter Marino of Peter Marino + Associates, the architect and designer of the stunning new East Side residence, Lenny Wilf of Garden Homes Developments, Pam Liebman, President and CEO of Corcoran Group, Louise M. Sunshine, former Chairman Emeritus of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group and Kelly Mack, President, Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group as well as the members of the construction, development and sales teams responsible for the 170 East End Avenue project. The residences at 170 East End Avenue are primarily large 3-5 bedroom homes ranging from 1,751 to 4,924 s/f featuring 10' ceilings and shimmering floor-to-ceiling glass walls that flood the residences with light and spectacular views of both river and park.
