Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. of South Jersey Industries, announced the following organizational changes at SJI, South Jersey Gas and South Jersey Resources Group LLC. At SJI Michael Renna was elected vice president from assistant vice president. Renna, who joined the company in 1998, holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University. He resides in Medford, New Jersey Medford is a Township in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township population was 22,253. Medford Township was incorporated as a township by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 1, 1847, from portions of Evesham with his wife Laura and their three children. Jeffrey DuBois was elected vice president. DuBois, who joined the company in 1987, holds a bachelor's degree in industrial technology from Rowan University. He resides in Millville, New Jersey Millville is a city in Cumberland County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the city population was 26,847. Millville, Bridgeton and Vineland are the three principal New Jersey cities of the Vineland-Millville-Bridgeton Primary Metropolitan Statistical with his wife, MaryBeth and their daughters. Stephen Clark was elected treasurer from director of investor relations and finance. Clark, who holds an M.B.A. in finance from the College of William and Mary Noun 1. William and Mary - joint monarchs of England; William III and Mary II , joined the company in 1997. He resides with his wife, Liz, and their family in Haddonfield, New Jersey. Richard Jackson was elected vice president. Jackson, who joined the company in 1986, holds an M.B.A. from Drexel University. He and his wife, Josephine, reside in Linwood, New Jersey Linwood is a city in Atlantic County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the city population was 7,172. Linwood was originally incorporated as a borough by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on February 20, 1889, from portions of Egg Harbor . Biscieglia also announced the following changes at South Jersey Gas. Bonnie Bornstein was elected vice president of customer services from assistant vice president customer services. Since joining the company in 1973, Bornstein has held various positions in the marketing department and customer care center. She and her husband, Arnold, reside in Lumberton, New Jersey. Jeffrey DuBois was elected senior vice president gas supply & delivery from assistant vice president gas supply and off system sales. At South Jersey Resources Group, a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock. Notes: In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners. of SJI that provides wholesale natural gas trading, sales, storage management, natural gas portfolio and other services, Ken DePriest was elected vice president.
