 60. Peroxide DCP 70 is a 70% reactive dispersion of dicumyl peroxide. It is used as a high temperature catalyst in the rubber and plastics industries. Compounds containing Peroxide DCP 70 normally are processed at temperatures up to 250[degrees]F and can be cured at temperatures above 300[degrees]F. It is on a 30% proprietary binder. Peroxide DBDB 60 (a,a'-bis[tert-butyl-peroxy]diisopropylbenzene) is a 60% active dispersion of DBDB. It is said to be a highly efficient, scorch-resistant low odor peroxide with a wide use application area as a vulcanizing agent for elastomers and plastics. The scorch resistance of Peroxide DBDB 60 is said to make it useful for transfer, injection and rotational molding Rotational molding or moulding is a versatile process for creating many kinds of mostly hollow plastic Parts. The phrase is often shortened to rotomolding or rotomoulding.  applications. It also permits compounds to be extruded at higher rates. It is on a 40% proprietary binder.
