: ORB) announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and year-end 2006 financial results prior to the opening of the market on Wednesday, February 21, 2007. Orbital will also conduct a conference call with financial analysts and investors the same morning, beginning at 9:00 a.m. (EST EST electroshock therapy.

* Mr. David W. Thompson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

* Mr. Garrett E. Pierce, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer
