Orbach makes borrowers a Gallant offer.


David M. Orbach, Esq., of Livingston, NJ, has announced the formation of Gallant Funding, L.P., a newly organized private equity firm headquartered in Florham Park, N.J.

Gallant, which is a direct lender, will offer a variety of debt and equity loan products for commercial real estate investors A real estate investor is someone who actively or passively invests in real estate. An active investor may buy a property, make repairs and/or improvements to the property, and sell it later for a profit.  with a focus on augmenting traditional loan structures.

Orbach formerly served as vice president and general counsel and as the youngest member of the board of directors of NorCrown Bank which was recently acquired by Valley National Bank. Orbach, who was involved in all areas of the bank as part of its management team, also provided in-house counsel. Gallant Funding will service borrowers involved in multi-family, office and retail property in the New Jersey, New York New York, state, United States
