In 1991 Linus Torvalds of Finland began asking for volunteer programmers over the Internet to collaborate on the development of a UNIX-like OS for personal computers; the “1. The Orange Application package for ALP is designed to run on ALP and will minimize time for marketing ALP-based mobile phones. ACCESS and Orange will work on third party applications and create customized suite of applications which would improve time-to-market and compatibility.
