* Beneo HSI (Highly Soluble Inulin) is a highly soluble form of inulin which combines the texture enhancing properties of inulin with the solubility of oligofructose.

* Beneo LGI is a new reduced sugar inulin product suitable for low sugar and reduced calorie formulations.

* Beneo HPX is a new sugar-free inulin. Compared to Beneo HP it exhibits higher gel strength in fat substitution applications at higher temperatures. Beneo HP and Beneo HPX are twice as efficient as standard inulin in fat replacement. Beneo HPX is more stable and resistant to enzymic break-down in baked good applications at reduced use levels.

* Beneo Synergy 1 (oligofructose enriched inulin) increases calcium absorption and increases bone mineral density.
