Oracle updates CRM sales apps. (In Other News...).

Oracle Corp has updated the sales component of its CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization.  suite, putting the focus on tools for sales professionals, as opposed to sales managers sales manager ngerente m/f de ventas

, and introducing a new application in the form of Oracle Proposals, plus updates across the other aspects of the suite.

The enhanced suite aims to tackle the lack of user adoption, which is one of the major sticking points with regard to sales applications, by providing a range of tools, from proposal and quote generation to incentive management that help sales professionals perform their role and address their interests as individual employees.

The new addition is Oracle Proposals, which is geared toward the quick and easy generation of customer-ready personalized per·son·al·ize

The company has also worked to streamline call center selling with Oracle TeleSales, which provides agents with a dashboard to track their outstanding tasks and the ability to handle multiple customer interactions at once, track detailed information about customer interactions, and make mass identical changes to many records at once, rather than updating records individually.
