Oracle Claims Microsoft a Competitive ERP Threat.

Oracle Corp has released a competitive profile of Microsoft Corp to a US court, to buttress buttress, mass of masonry built against a wall to strengthen it. It is especially necessary when a vault or an arch places a heavy load or thrust on one part of a wall.  its contention that its acquisition of PeopleSoft Inc would not harm the market.

Oracle is battling the US Department of Justice (DoJ), which is opposed to Oracle's proposed acquisition.
