(OTCBB:OPTO) today announced that healthcare application consultant and former vice president of the Greater Atlanta Health Information Management Association (GAHIMA), Lauren Burnette, RHIA, was elected to the nominating committee of the GHIMA Board of Directors. The position, one of six elected annually by regional members, will be responsible for maximizing resources within the membership and ensuring that leadership roles are filled by the individuals best-equipped to promote education and collaboration within the GHIMA community.
