Optinel Systems Appoints Roger Bailey as Director of Business Development; Company Expands Sales Organization with New Manufacturers' Representatives.

Charles Roger Bailey (born October 3, 1970, in Chattahoochee, Florida) was a Major League Baseball right-handed pitcher.
 to the position of Director of Business Development.

In this position, Mr. Bailey is responsible for overseeing Optinel's sales and marketing efforts to both the telecom and cable industries.
