Optimos awarded National Archives Government Paperwork Elimination Act CRM system development contract.Optimos has announced a five year, $7.6 million contract award to provide a Government Paperwork Elimination Act The Government Paperwork Elimination Act (GPEA, Pub.L. 105-277) requires that, when practicable, Federal agencies use electronic forms, electronic filing, and electronic signatures to conduct official business with the public by 2003. The solution will also enable NARA to fulfill fixed fee orders for archival data, forms and other merchandise over the Internet. Optimos is managing the project and is responsible for architecting and developing the entire solution. Optimos also will provide management services to include schedules, configuration management, risk management and cost management.
