Ophthonix Partners with Liz Halliday, American Le Mans Series Star; Maker of iZon(TM) Eyeglasses Accelerates Entry into Motor Sports and Link between Driving and Vision.

SAN DIEGO -- Ophthonix announced at VisionExpo West in Las Vegas, the largest optical professional meeting held annually, it will partner with Liz Halliday, famed female driver in the American Le Mans Series to represent the iZon brand.

At time of retirement they held a huge 3 lap lead over their nearest class rival and were running 11th overall out of the 50 car field. This year, running as the only female driver, she managed to complete the race, finishing 4th in class, despite engine problems throughout.

On the equestrian front, her drive to mount the top step in the Olympics will also be helped or hindered by 'horsepower'. She has recently taken delivery of a talented young horse who she feels could give her a realistic shot at the USA Equestrian Team, given the right training regime and the luck that every sporting star needs.
