BULLETIN:KMXRF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Gold Valley Resources Inc.("Gold Valley"), the operator of the Company's Ophir Canyon Property (the "Property"), has received a permit from the Toiyabe National Forest Service to process a bulk sample from the Property. The Property is located in Nye County, Nevada Nye County is a county located in the U.S. state of Nevada. As of the 2000 census, the population was 32,485. In 2006 its population was estimated at 44,795. Nye is the third largest county in terms of area in the continental United States. Its county seat is Tonopah6. , fifteen miles north of Round Mountain in the Tonopah Mining District. A stockpile of approximately 30,000 tons of ore was left over from mining operations from the late 1800s when the Property was known as the "Murphy Mine" and was Nevada's richest and most famous gold and silver producer of that era. The stockpile was assayed extensively by a lab in Nevada and recoveries from the stockpile were tested and confirmed by Lakefield Research in the fall of 1995. The grades indicated from these assays are over 20 ounces/ton of silver and 0.1 ounces/ton gold in the stockpile with an expected recovery of 86%. A bulk sample from the stockpile will be processed at a custom mill twelve miles from the Property and will provide valuable statistical information. Cash flow from the processing of the stockpile is estimated to be over US$3,000,000 of which the Company will be entitled to receive 50%, providing the Company earns its 50% interest in the Property in accordance with the terms of its agreement with Gold Valley.
