Under the agreement, Help/Systems will identify existing, new and potential customers that can benefit from automating and streamlining back office processes with ACOM's document output and payment management solutions. ACOM has a substantial presence in the iSeries (AS/400) community with solutions for document output management and electronic transmission, MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) The machine recognition of numeric data printed with magnetically charged ink. It is used on bank checks and deposit slips. MICR readers detect the characters and convert them into digital data.  laser check and ACH payments with both paper-based and electronic remittance detail, and ecommerce translation and trading partner connectivity.

Help/Systems' Robot Automated Operations Solution automates key back office operations, including activities such as job scheduling, message management, backup and recovery, report management, performance management, client management and system management.

According to Tom Huntington, Vice President of Technical Services, besides cross-referring their respective solutions, the two companies may engage in joint marketing activities.
