Rob Collins for his work with the Canadian Opera Company The Canadian Opera Company (COC), located in Toronto, Ontario, is the largest opera company in Canada and the sixth largest in North America.It was established in 1950 as the Royal Conservatory Opera Company, by Nicholas Goldschmidt and the late Herman Geiger-Torel. . The new award, sponsored by BMO BMO Bank of Montreal (Canada) BMO Before Market Open BMO Biometrics Management Office BMO Ballistic Missile Office BMO British Mathematical Olympiad BMO Balkan Mathematical Olympiad BMO Business Management Office Financial Group, singles out one opera board director annually for outstanding service. Collins is recognized for a 16-year stint on the COC See chip on chip. board, including his work over the past decade as Chair and Board President, and also for his work as Chair of the Canadian Opera House Company's Building Committee. As such, the corporate and mergers & acquisitions lawyer in the Toronto office of Blake, Cassels & Graydon was a key figure in the drive to build the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts. Collins received his award at a meeting of Opera America in New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States.
