Restaurant La Crepe Parisienne will be coming to 51 Spring Street, according to a press release from Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph Aquino, executive vice president of Prudential Douglas Elliman's retail division, who represented the landlord in the lease. Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group will be opening a restaurant in Ian Schrager's Gramercy Park Hotel, replacing Waikiya, a Chinese restaurant that closed in December. In the West Village, Berimbau restaurant has opened at 43 Carmine Street. Crosby Connection, a sandwich shop, has opened in the Bleecker Street Theatre at 45 Bleecker Street. Cafe Noir, which is closing its Soho space at 32 Grand Street, may move into the Bar Martignetti space at 406 Broome Street at Centre Street. Sea Thai, a Thai restaurant, has opened at 835 Washington Street. WNYC's new Jerome L. Greene Performance Space opens at 44 Charlton Street, at Varick Street, April 28. In Brooklyn, a market is coming to 275 Park Avenue, at the corner of Washington and Park avenues in Wallabout. Belleville at 332 Fifth Street in Park Slope has expanded its space and opened Belleville Lounge. Ruby's Bar & Grill opened on the Coney Island boardwalk yesterday. In Queens, a beer garden called Studio Square will open at 35-33 36th Street, near 35th Avenue in Long Island City, in May. TRD
