Mr. Walker has the unique experience of having participated in the evolution of computer security over the past 35 years from its early research within the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) through its explosion into today's worldwide products and services business. He is a 22-year veteran of the DoD, having served with the National Security Agency, the Advanced Research Projects Agency and the Office of the Secretary of Defense The Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) is part of the United States Department of Defense and includes the entire staff of the Secretary of Defense.
