It is more commonly known as the Lamfalussy process, named after the chairman of the EU advisory committee that developed (define, frame, analyze, monitor and update) that can help bring you to the point of as little residual uncertainty as possible. "Residual uncertainty"? As Courtney puts it, "Residual uncertainty is not what you don't know--it's what you can't know." It is something we must all learn to deal with. And Courtney's methodology is an able aid. |
