Onyx Software Announces Solid Second Quarter Results with Net Income.

Financial Summary

Revenue for the second quarter of 2004 was $14.8 million, compared to $15.8 million in the second quarter of 2003 and $14.2 million for the first quarter of 2004. License revenue for the second quarter of 2004 was $3.6 million, compared to $3.1 million in the second quarter of 2003 and $3.6 million in the first quarter of 2004. Reported net income for the second quarter of 2004 was $0.2 million, or an income of $0.01 in diluted earnings per share diluted earnings per share
