One will help them qualify to practice in Ontario and the other will help some to take employment in other health areas. The areas include: research, hospital administration, pharmaceutical industry, medical supply companies, home care agencies, insurance companies, teaching, government policy development, and forensic science The application of scientific knowledge and methodology to legal problems and criminal investigations. Sometimes called simply forensics, forensic science encompasses many different fields of science, including anthropology, biology, chemistry, engineering, genetics, . The government has allocated $1.7 million over three years. The projects are part of the government plan to train and assess more than 200 internationally trained doctors each year. |
