Under the agreement terms, the two companies will strive to create small molecule drug candidates against a series of kinases selected by Ono. Ono will handle the clinical development and commercialization of resulting compounds. In addition, the company will provide funding for research, milestone payments and royalties on sales to Array BioPharma.
