It is usually held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. It usually opens on or just before Easter weekend and closes on the first Sunday after Easter.  to the ever-expanding American, as they unveiled, for the first time, the long wheelbase wheel·base

The XJ LWB is said to be 2.2-in. longer than the long version of the Mercedes S-Class and 1.8-in. longer than the longest BMW 7 Series The BMW 7 Series is a line of full-size luxury vehicles produced by the German automaker BMW. The length was added to the structure behind the B-pillar so as to provide more rear passenger knee room. Because this is an aluminum-intensive structure, the additional length didn't come at too great a weight penalty: just 53 lb. And the changes require just 17 different stampings (e.g., larger body sides; new doors; longer roof), so the standard and long versions are made on the same line at the Browns Lane Plant Browns Lane in Coventry, England was the home of Jaguar Cars from 1951 until 2005. Jag's designers from its Advanced Design Center took the spaciousness afforded them by the XJ LWB and created a concept car that was revealed at New York New York, state, United States

As Ian Callum, director of Design, Jaguar Cars, noted, "We have a car with more space in it than any Jaguar ever built, so we thought we'd have a bit of fun and conceptualize something that was about space and luxury and pampering." (The XJ LWB itself isn't?) The biggest exterior change is the replacement of the aluminum roof with one made with glass. And to make this seem like a nightclub on wheels, the darkened dark·en

This sort of effect is something I would love to use on production cars in the future," said Callum, who added, "The way people have employed these lighting techniques in other modern venues--uplighting, diffused lighting, and so on--that is something we will have in our cars.
