"Run, DMC, and Russell Simmons have all written their own books in recent years," notes Adler. "But none of them concentrates in detail on the glory days of Run-DMC. 'Tougher Than Leather' does."

Consafos Press has distinguished itself as the publisher of the "F*** You Heroes" books by Glen Friedman, who also contributed the cover photo to the new edition of "Tougher Than Leather."
