Online Publishers Association Comments on H.R. 29, the SPY ACT.

 -- Yesterday, the Online Publishers Association (OPA OPA: see Office of Price Administration. ) submitted its full position on H.R. 29, the SPY ACT SPY ACT Securely Protect Yourself Against Cyber Trespass Act (proposed US privacy legislation) , to the House Energy and Commerce Committee elaborating on its initial comments submitted on January January: see month.  25, 2005, pursuant to the Committee's formal request.

The OPA is pleased to be one of the many industry groups providing input into this important piece of legislation and will remain appropriately engaged with lawmakers throughout the legislative process.
