Sign Form is the first organization to publish and distribute
electronic forms via the Internet, making available every type of form
imaginable, including government forms and administrative forms that are
necessary for any enterprise. Targeting small- to medium-sized business
customers, subscribers to the service download and save the forms they
want in Microsoft Word, complete them digitally and e-mail them to
intended recipients. A small company with 1-20 employees can subscribe
for $199 a year and gain unlimited access to over 500 forms.
