One in five continuing care continuing care

This is among the facts revealed by The Canadian Institute for Health Information The Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) is an independent, not-for-profit organization in Canada, primarily funded by the provincial and federal governments of Canada.  in its first report on continuing care facilities and their patients. This is a sector of the health care system about which very little is known. Facility-Based Continuing Care in Canada, 2004-2005 provides a "snapshot". Among the findings were:
