One eCommerce -ONCE- in Strategic Partnership With Alliance Media.

Agreement Represents Estimated Sales of Better Than $10 Million Over Next 12 Months

One eCommerce Corporation (OTCBB:ONCE) today announced it has entered into a broad-ranging strategic technology and marketing partnership with Alliance Media Group, a leading Yellow Pages sales organization.

Under the agreement, Alliance Media will offer its customer base of over 33,000, One eCommerce's Merchant.Point(TM) ecommerce solution, enabling them to establish a business presence on the Internet. According to Ken Martin, senior vice president of Alliance Media, this agreement represents estimated sales of better than $10 million over the next 12 months.

"Our Yellow Pages sales force will now be in a position to offer our customers the ability to sell their products over the Internet. Additionally, the two companies will establish regional city guides under the brand name, NetCity Limits. Plans call for a first launch of NetCity Limits in San Antonio and then a roll out to more than 20 other major markets across the United States.
