Over the past several months the Company has been working on finalizing our MobileVoice MID[TM] software for Intel based Mobile Internet Devices (MIDs). This software revolutionizes the mobile industry allowing consumers to use powerful voice control to play music, view photos, videos, launch applications, dictate a message and voice search for full Internet browsing including Google maps, navigation, YouTube video and news, all on a pocket sized Mobile Internet Device.

Last month we demonstrated this software at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) show in Barcelona, Spain in the Intel booth and the feedback was tremendous. We will demonstrate this software at the upcoming Intel Developers Forum (IDF) in Shanghai, China (April 2 - 3) and at the upcoming CTIA Wireless 2008 in Las Vegas, NV (April 1 - 3) to partners, press and analysts.

This month we released a new retail product called VoiceTunes[TM], which voice activates iTunes and Windows Media Player. VoiceTunes is the ultimate companion to your digital music collection. In the telecom sector we are shipping equipment for installation in India this week in support of the upcoming launch with the Indian government owned carrier MTNL. MTNL has over 6 million subscribers. We expect the installation to be complete by mid-April and ready for full launch in early May. Regarding our Iris service in Mexico, it is proceeding very well and we anticipate expanding the service to more cities or a national launch this summer.
