The company has established a "Health Advisory Board" for the purpose of advising the company of developments in the health and wellness fields and recommending products for sale by the company. Presently, the Health Advisory Board consists of seven prominent health professionals whose combined experience covers aspects of health care and education. Several of the members of the Health Advisory Board have significant media experience, having appeared on national television shows, and having a high profile in the health care field. Additional members will be added to the Health Advisory Board when deemed appropriate by the company. -0-

The following are the present members of the Health Advisory Board:

     Christopher M. Foley, M.D. - Dr. Foley is the medical director of
     a major health center in Minnesota. Dr. Foley has served as the
     president and trustee of the Minnesota chapter of the American
     Society of Internal Medicine and served as the past chairman of
     the Department of Medicine, HealthEast, St. Joseph's Hospital in
     St. Paul, Minnesota. Dr. Foley received his BA degree from Notre
     Dame University and his M.D. degree from the University of
     Minnesota.

     David H. McDaniel, M.D. - Dr. McDaniel is a board certified
     dermatologist, and an assistant professor of Clinical Plastic
     Surgery at an east coast university medical school. Dr. McDaniel
     has lectured extensively and co-authored more than 35 scientific
     articles and textbooks, and is the spokesperson for the American
     Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatological
     Surgery. Dr. McDaniel received his BS and MD degrees from the
     University of West Virginia.

     Arthur Roberts, M.D. - Dr. Roberts is a chief cardiac surgeon in
     New Jersey. Dr. Roberts is the co-chair, Medical Advisory Council
     of the American Nutraceutical Associates and a member of
     numerous other medical and surgical (thoracic and cardiac)
     societies. Dr. Roberts was an "All-American" baseball and
     football player and played professional football with the
     Cleveland Browns and Miami Dolphins.

     C. Wayne Weart, Pharm D., BCPS, FASMP - Dr. Weart is the
     professor and chairman, Department of Pharmacy Practice, College
     of Pharmacy and an Associate Professor of Family Medicine,
     Department of Family Medicine, College of Medicine at a major
     medical university. Dr. Weart received a BS degree from the
     University of Georgia and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the
     Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science.

     Jack O. Taylor, MS, DC, BACBN - Dr. Taylor is a member of the
     Editorial Board of the Journal of the American Nutraceutical
     Association and co-chair of the Advisory Council on Complementary
     Medicine of the American Nutraceutical Association. Dr. Taylor
     recently was appointed Director of Research of the American
     Chiropractic Board of Nutrition. Dr. Taylor received his MS
     degree from Bridgeport University and his chiropractic degree
     from Logan College.

     Jeanette M. Dunn, Ed. D., RN, CNS - Dr. Dunn is an educator,
     medical publisher and nurse entrepreneur. Dr. Dunn is a clinical
     nurse specialist in HIV and cancer care. Dr. Dunn is the
     director, Foundation For Care Management, an approved provider of
     CME courses and CE programs for nurses and pharmacists. Dr. Dunn
     formerly was the associate dean, School of Nursing, University of
     Tennessee.

     Allan M. Kratz, Pharm. D. - Dr. Kratz is a world-renowned expert
     in homeopathy and is responsible for the publication of the
     official "Homeopathic Pharmacopoeias of the United States" and is
     a member of the American Nutraceutical Association. Dr. Kratz
     received his BS, MS and Pharm. D. degrees from Temple University.
