On-Point Technology Systems Inc. Announces Letter of Intent to Develop On-Line and Internet Lottery in Peru.

On-Point Technology Systems Inc. (On-Point) (Nasdaq:ONPT) today announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire a 51-percent interest in a venture that has the rights to develop the first On-Line and Internet lottery lottery, scheme for distributing prizes by lot or other method of chance selection to persons who have paid for the opportunity to win. The term is not applicable when lots are drawn without payment by the interested parties to determine some matter, e.g.  in Peru.

The opportunity to develop this lottery was facilitated by Victor Chandler Chandler, city (1990 pop. 90,533), Maricopa co., S central Ariz., in the Salt River valley; inc. 1920. It is both a residential community and a center for research and technology. Peru has a population base of over 24 million people.
